Peace Bridge
The Peace Bridge has proven to be a real asset to the city of Derry, connecting both the city-side and the waterside. The footbridge brings people to the amazing Ebrington Square which has fabulous restaurants, cafe's and bakeries and is well worth a visit.
Guildhall Square, Derry
The Guildhall
The Guildhall is a Grade A listed building designed in a striking neo-Gothic style. It features 23 magnificent stained-glass windows depicting the history of the city. It contains one of the finest organs in Europe and serves as a backdrop for weddings and many performances. It is the only surviving guildhall still in civic use in Ireland, though it has been rebuilt following a fire and two major bombings in 1972 during the Troubles.
